Women of Capital makes useful resources easier for women to find.
Women of Capital was created to solve a simple access problem: too many valuable opportunities for women remain difficult to find unless you already know the right people, institutions or networks.
The platform brings together credible resources across wealth, careers, leadership, boards and business, with a focus on what is relevant and accessible from the GCC.
This is not a membership community or a content feed. It is practical infrastructure for women looking to move forward.
Curated
Resources are selected for practical value and relevance.
Structured
Useful context makes resources easier to compare and evaluate.
Independent
Inclusion and organic ranking are governed by WOC's methodology, not commercial relationships.

Sara AlAteeqi
Founder, Women of Capital
Sara AlAteeqi is the founder of Women of Capital, a GCC platform helping women access credible pathways to build wealth, strengthen their financial confidence, and step into leadership and board roles.
An investment and finance executive with nearly two decades of experience across private equity, restructuring and corporate governance, Sara brings an institutional perspective to the practical decisions women make about money, careers and capital. She is Vice Chairman and CEO of AlMal Investment Company, where she has led a complex corporate turnaround and strategic repositioning, and holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Through Women of Capital and her work with companies and institutions, Sara designs high-impact wealth education workshops that make investing and personal finance clearer, more useful and more actionable. Her work is rooted in a simple conviction: women should have the knowledge, access and confidence to participate fully in wealth creation and economic leadership.
